That's a cool title. NOT. It would be a cool title if inside one of the ideas inside wasn't, "Say what you had for lunch."
What a hypocrite.
Maybe no one reads my blog, but the 'ideas' in the book seem totally out of nowhere. It's like Margaret Mason thought of this great title for a book, but then ran out of things to say.
In a concluding thought, I'd like this for a Christmas present:
i think there actually is one that says to describe your meals...
